John, John and Sean

John Lennon - My favourite musican and person to ever live. An amazing man that I look up to in every way.
John Entwistle - A tough guy, but a deep down gentle one too. A mind blowing bass player and very funny man.
Sean Lennon - His new album, "Friendly Fire", was just realesed and got fantastic reviews! I can't wait to get it.

These guys are great aren't they?
Happy Birthday lovely people.

Claire, dear! I'm so happy to have come to your blog again. Life got so busy. October 9th is very important in my memory too. In fact, I have another special memory which is on October 7th. A romantic, loving memory best not blogged about...but still, I can tell you that on October 9, 1975, when Sean Ono Lennon was born to John and Yoko, the love of my life and I were in bed together, listening to the radio, when it was announced that Sean had been born safely.

So that was very significant in my life as well.

I had never realized that "the Ox" shared this birthday. Wow.

When is Buddy Holly's? Didn't we miss it? Wasn't it in September? I have a September 6 birthday and I think Buddy's is near then?

You are a great girl. Missed you!

Hugs,
Brina

P.S. Going to see the Who (and Rachel at a bookstore appearance) here in Minneapolis on December 8th. My son A.J. will be my "date" (I think you remember him!).

I love your new pic! You are blooming, girl.
I also didn't know that John
Entwhistle shared this day, too!
That's so special that John Lennon was able to have Sean come into the world on his birthday. I'd forgotten about that.:)
Glad you're hanging in there! :)

Hello Claire-Eliza,
John L and John E can never be forgotten. Love them both so much. John Lennon comes right after Pete for his songwriting. Most of his songs are just unbelieveable...

And my dear John Entwistle...I miss hearing his bass lines in the new album so much. Brilliant. Absolute genius and a lovely man.

Hope you're well,
xoxoxo

Hi Claire! I see your blog is kind of sleeping. I bet you have one of those fancy "MySpace" blogs now...I never got too into those, maybe because my son has one and I don't want to crowd him.

Hope you are well and getting ready for a wonderful Christmas break from school. I am!

Hugs,
Brina

P.S. Going to see Rachel, Mikey, and her talented boyfriend next Friday!

Hi Claire,
It's been a while since I've heard from you.

I did a tribute post to John lennon, as well as for another musician who died the same day and way that John did.
